This documentary was recommended to me by one of my daughters. It's about the brainwashing of pre-teens by the Evangelicals in the United States. The movie states that about one third of the population in the US follow this faith. Essentially it is religious fundamentalism. Not different from Mormonism, some Muslims teachings and some sects of Judaism BELIEVE . SOMETHING BAD IS GOING TO HAPPEN. GOD CONTROLS EVERYTHING AND KNOWS ALL.All based on fears in the human psyche that stem from the human inability to completely control events that happen. The way the real world works is that we can control somethings and other things we can't. And smart people understand that.
Nothing new is said in this movie that hasn't been said before. Except in this case, the producers express fear that because the fundamentalists are a large and very aggressive group, they may win their war to create a theocracy good old the US of A. I wouldn't bet against it.
