Foreign , French, Subtitles Wonderful cinematography of the french countryside. This movie has all the elements that could make up a good screenplay. Gays, drug dealing, relationship between estranged parents. Lead actress being pregnant during filming, beautiful beach house far from Paris. It had everything you need except it felt like it was filmed in slow motion and it was missing a story . . . a plot.
These were the "cop-out" words that were put together by the producers in their ad: "The two strangers gradually develop an unusual and deeply moving relationship as Ozon (the director) continues his unique exploration of the nature of family and blood ties."
