Foreign: Subtitles
Watching this movie was a major mistake. It also taught me a great lesson. Most times before I see a movie I go to a site called Rotten Tomatoes to get a heads-up on what critics and lay people have said about the movie. This film was rated 94% by both critics and audiences. I never really saw a rating at this high a level before, and ran as fast as I could to view the film.
IT WAS A MAJOR, GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT . . . AND PAINFUL TO BOOT. The story was as old as the hills. A guy gets accused of being a child molester and the town turns against him. The results have to go one way or the other. He is jailed or exonerated. That's the story!!
PS. The cinematography was also lousy . . unless the projector in the theater I was seated in was defective.
