For years I have been hearing about the Russian mob and the Russian Mafia, but never had any insight into what people were talking about. This movie ended my draught of information. What is shown is extremely nasty and ugly. Tony Soprano was a sweetheart compared to the guys we run into here.With the exception of AGAIN not being able to understand all the conversation (because of both English and Russian accent), this is an excellent movie that will keep you at the edge of your seat. The scenes were real and the people were real. Be ready for violence you would expect to see when watching the mob in action.
I stake my reputation (??) on this movie being either made into a TV series (like the Sopranos) or into a sequence of movies, such as the Godfather series.
