A French movie about a 60ish, very straight lawyer that goes from his home base in Paris to Monaco to defend a criminal. Instead of focusing on the court case (which would have been interesting), the movie shows him falling for a beautiful, seductive 25 year old loose broad, who turns him into a complete wreck. (Not terribly realistic). She emotionally manipulates him and plans move with him in Paris. The court trial ends with the lawyer doing a bang-up job and the movie ends with the lawyers' bodyguard killing the girl to save him from the fate of the crazy life he will lead with her in Paris.
Outrageous ending. The screenwriter kills the vamp to get out of creating a real ending. Couldn't anyone have figured out a real conclusion to this movie. Sad.
