Movie Review: SULLY (2016) A

Good . . . fast moving movie of a story we are all familiar with.   Producers added a twist, however.  They made (for some unknown reason) the NTSB (National Transportation Board) the bad guys and created a ending that showed that Sully was acting as a super responsible pilot when his plane ran into some birds over LaGuardia Airport that caused damage to both engines.

The NTSB is a non-political excellent group of scientists and engineers who meticulously examine the results of transportation accidents  all over the world (with help from the manufactures that make the equipment that was involved in the accident) . . . such as Boeing.

I personally did similar work on our Apollo Space Program.

From Rotten Tomatoes:
Tom Hanks stars in this thrilling portrait of heroic airline pilot Chelsey "Sully" Sullenberger, re-enacting his incredible successful emergency landing of an Airbus A320 full of passengers on the Hudson River.
