This is a violent, disturbing and very, very dark . . . to BLACK movie.
It may have been the showcase movie for Brad Pitt. It 's a story about murder and crime that revolves around two detectives in the grittier parts of the underbelly and rainy unnamed city.
In SEVEN, Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman are paired together to solve a puzzle of murders that are being perpetrated by a man who kills to replicate the seven deadly sins*. It moves fast and (as I predicted during watching the film) has an extremely nasty ending.
If you can take the blood and gore, this cop drama is for you.
