Pretends to be a murder mystery. I think this one was put together by an Intelligent Design Computer Program that some hot shot programmers were designing for the Department of Defense in the 1980's.Every scene appears to have been mechanically planned. People are not real and the mystery plot does not come together.
The photography is good, however. That upped the movie from a F to a D
