IN TREATMENT is about psychotherapy. Is a very special adult series. It clearly shows the small steps that must be taken for psychotherapy to work. The acting is beyond superior. One actor is better than the next.The directing and writing are setting a standard that I only hope the movies will emulate. All the cases brought up were fascinating . . . if you are interested in this subject.
PS. Warning: You may discovered some of lingering personal problems while watching the series. Unfortunately, without help you may not able to solve them.
PPS. If you are middle aged or older, and have marital problems . . . and you and your partner are not willing to address them, you may want to limit you viewing to only the sessions that deal with singles therapy.
